Order Processing Time:

1. Time of arrival includes order processing time and shipping time (4-7 working days).
2. We provide free shipping for item to the 48 states in the continental United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO, generally using FedEx to ship.
3. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
4. After the order is shipped, the tracking information will be sent to your email. If it exceeds this time, please contact our Taloya customer service team at bob@taloya.com

Transportation Time:

Usually, our delivery time is expected to be 4-7 business days . Generally, the tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If for any reason you did not receive this package or would like more shipping information, please contact our Taloya customer service team at bob@taloya.com with the item description and your order number.

Other country’s Shipping Policy

• We are very sorry that we have not yet set up local warehouses in other countries, so all the item you purchased will be shipped from US We will add an additional shipping fee of about US$300 on the basis of the price of the item(the specific fee needs to be determined according to your delivery address). Shipping time usually takes 30-40 working days.
• Therefore, we recommend that you email our customer service team before placing an order. We will confirm your shipping cost and shipping time according to your delivery address. If your address is not suitable for delivery, we will also suggest you cancel the order.

Note: Please note that these are estimates and aren’t guaranteed; we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, please contact our Customer Service.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on bob@taloya.com. For more shipping information, send an email to  bob@taloya.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received the item, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 business days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions of DHL or any other parcel service.
