Taloya Lighting Warranty Info

All Taloya items are covered our two years and all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. If the customer finds nonhuman damage within 30 days of receiving the goods, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of receipt of the Lighting fixture, customer need to pay shipping costs and replacement parts fee is free of charge. After 2 year, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States.

Please note we do not accept warranty transfer, we only provide warranty to our original customers.

If you purchased a item and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the lighting was originally sent. Taloya warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship.

What do you need to do?

If you notice any problems under the warranty with your bike, please contact us as following.

Step 1: Contact Taloya Customer Care team bob@taloya.com attached with Order number/ID

Step 2: Provide photo or short video with a brief description of the problems and other details as requested Taloya Customer Service.

Step 3: Taloya Customer Care team will reply to you ASAP.

Note: Taloya DO NOT replace any part without first inspecting photos or video of the damaged part.

Shipping Damage Claims

IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive.

  1. Notify freight damage claims no later than 30 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment.
  2. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and dated images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 7 days of delivery to a Taloya’s customer service representative. Please contact our Technical Support team for return/replacement instructions at: bob@taloya.com.

Credit Card Chargebacks:

If any product purchase becomes subject to a credit card charge back in any amount, and you are still in possession of the item, then this Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card charge back has been resolved.
